He is a certified Scrum and Agile Professional from Villanova University. He is a SAFe 5 Advanced Safe Scrum Master and SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager. Certified ICAgile ICP-Agile Certified Coach. 

Theo served as a national chair for a diversity council; and, as a volunteer, setup a computer training curriculum for a rural school in West Africa.
